Employment disputes, and tribunal representation
When disputes arise, our employment lawyers represent clients in tribunal proceedings, court hearings and settlement negotiations. We handle wrongful and unfair dismissal claims, discrimination matters, enforcement of restrictive covenants and other contentious employment issues. Members of our team have acted as a Commissioner on the Bermuda Human Rights Commission and as chair of the Bermuda Employment Tribunal.
