Practice Focus
John’s practice covers civil and commercial litigation, including banking and finance disputes, employment disputes, property disputes, judicial review, negligence and personal injury, estate disputes, human rights matters, defamation proceedings and corporate and shareholder disputes.
Experience
John joined Wakefield Quin in July 2022. He has extensive experience in commercial contract disputes and employment matters, advising both employers and employees on disputes, workplace policies and procedures. He also advises on contract‑related matters, property disputes and wider commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Wakefield Quin, John practised for eight years at Marshall Diel & Myers Limited in Bermuda, advising on a broad range of litigation matters.
