Victoria Kiver is Senior Counsel in the Litigation Department at Wakefield Quin, bringing more than a decade of cross‑jurisdictional experience in commercial litigation, financial crime, public law and child protection.
Practice Focus
Victoria advises on complex, high‑stakes disputes, including fraud, fiduciary misconduct and multi‑agency regulatory matters, combining advocacy, advisory and investigatory experience.
Experience
Victoria joined Wakefield Quin in June 2025.
She began her career with a leading offshore law firm before joining H.M. Attorney General’s Chambers in the Isle of Man, where she investigated and prosecuted international fraud and money‑laundering matters, including bribery and corruption, on behalf of foreign government agencies.
She also negotiated and advised on commercial contracts for public services and provided legal advice to Isle of Man Government departments, statutory boards and offices on complex commercial and public law issues.
Before relocating to Bermuda, Victoria practised at the London Bar, representing banks and liquidators in winding‑up proceedings and fraud‑based claims, and advising on family law, child protection and care proceedings.
Qualifications and Admissions
Called to the Bar of England & Wales – 2010.
Admitted as an Isle of Man Advocate – 2014 (non‑practising).
