Wakefield Quin advises on US$400 million 9% Golden Close Maritime Corp Ltd. Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue Due 2019

Wakefield Quin Limited provided legal advice to Nordic Trustee as bond trustee of the bondholders in connection with the issue by Golden Close Maritime Corp Ltd. of a 9% senior secured callable bond issue due 2019 having an aggregate principal amount of US$400 million with security and guarantees given by Golden Close’s Bermuda subsidiaries, including a mortgage over a GustoMSC P10,000 designed drillship.
