Winchester Global Trust Company Limited (including the former Church Bay Trust Co. Ltd.) is licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) to conduct trust business and regulated as a trust company pursuant to the Trusts (Regulation of Trust Business) Act 2001.

Winchester’s experienced professionals work closely with family members and other principals, where appropriate, to ensure that the objectives and aims of the trust are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the provisions of the trust and applicable laws and regulations.

Winchester manages and assists in the formation of  all types of trusts including those established for family succession planning, asset protection, tax efficacy, commercial and corporate structuring, and charitable purposes.

Winchester will form and manage all types of Bermuda trusts in a professional and cost-effective manner.

In the course of its administration, Winchester may, as required:

• Open and maintain banking relationships in the name of the trust with local and international banks
• Open investment and brokerage accounts on a discretionary or advisory basis
• Incorporate and oversee the administration of companies in Bermuda or other jurisdictions as part of managing the trust assets
• Provide trust, company and portfolio accounting
  Winchester will liaise with attorneys, tax, and other advisors as required to assist in designing and administering other bespoke services.
