Wakefield Quin Limited acted as legal counsel to Barrie Holdings Limited in its acquisition of The Bermuda Telephone Company Limited (BTC) from KeyTech Limited. Founded in 1887, BTC is Bermuda’s largest provider of voice and data services for both business and residential customers in Bermuda.
The Wakefield Quin team was led by Ian Stone and Erik Gotfredsen with the assistance of Orla Halpin and Johann Oosthuizen.
