Wakefield Quin was pleased to advise Value Retail Investors LP in connection with the sale by Hammerson PLC of its limited partnership interest in various Bermuda limited partnerships to L Catterton, the private equity investment vehicle of the LVMH Group. The partnerships held the ownership of Bicester Village, a designer outlet shopping centre in England.
