Wakefield Quin was pleased to advise Scott Barnettt (as seller) seller on the sale of Bermuda-headquartered specialist insurance agent Life and Annuity Services (LAS) to Oneglobal Broking, an independent Lloyd’s broker.  LAS was established in 1998 and specialises in life insurance and annuity planning for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.  LAS will continue to trade under its existing name under existing management as part of the wider Oneglobal group.
