Wakefield Quin advises Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd

Wakefield Quin was pleased to advise Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd and its various subsidiaries in connection with the refinancing of a 1.1GW European solar photovoltaic portfolio. Crédit Agricole CIB acted as co-financial advisor and mandated lead arranger, providing financing to multiple borrowers within the Sonnedix Group. Valued at €2.5 billion, the transaction was one of the largest renewable energy financing deals in Europe in 2024.
