Experience
Terry‑Lynn joined Wakefield Quin in March 2023. She regularly represents claimants in complex personal injury matters involving serious injuries arising from road traffic accidents and negligent medical treatment. She also advises and represents employees in unfair dismissal, wrongful termination and discrimination matters and has appeared before the Employment and Labour Relations Tribunal and the Human Rights Commission.
Her wider experience includes property disputes, divorce proceedings, breach of contract claims, judgment enforcement and appearances before the Supreme Court of Bermuda. She has also acted in shareholder and insolvency‑related matters, including winding‑up petitions.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Associate at an international law firm and began her legal career with a pupillage at the Bermuda Government’s Ministry of Legal Affairs.
