Experience
Prior to joining Wakefield Quin, Marlies worked at an internationally recognised professional services firm in Bermuda, where she managed a comprehensive portfolio of insurance‑related entities. She advises international clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including incorporations, liquidations and ongoing corporate administration.
Her portfolio includes widely held and complex entities requiring frequent board and shareholder engagement, as well as exempted limited partnerships and segregated accounts companies.
