Experience
Johann joined Wakefield Quin in January 2014. He regularly advises corporate groups, developers, financial institutions, trustees and private clients on Bermuda structuring, cross‑border transactions and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Johann practised with King & Associates in Bermuda and earlier with BCL Burton Copeland in London, where he focused on commercial fraud and regulatory enforcement work.

LLB, University of Stellenbosch.
Admitted as an Attorney in South Africa – 2002.
Solicitor (Senior Courts of England & Wales) – 2003 (non‑practising).
