Andrew is a Senior Counsel in the Property Department at Wakefield Quin, having joined the firm in April 2025.
Andrew’s practice includes all aspects of commercial and residential real estate and real estate finance, acting for both borrowers and lenders.
Experience
He has extensive experience advising on transactions involving the acquisition, disposal and development of commercial, mixed use and residential property, leasehold matters and real estate finance matters.
Prior to joining Wakefield Quin, Andrew was an Associate Director in the property department of a leading regional law firm in South Wales, United Kingdom. During his time in the United Kingdom, Andrew has acted for a wide variety of clients including national housebuilders, registered social landlords / charities, institutional lenders, private companies and high net worth individuals.
Qualifications and admissions
Andrew holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Aberystwyth and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England. He was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2010.
