Nicholas Hoskins
Corporate

Nicholas Hoskins is a Senior Counsel, Managing Director and the Chairman of Wakefield Quin Limited and has been with the Company since 1997, when it was Hector, Wakefield Dwyer and Pettingill.

He works in the Corporate, Trusts and Financial Services Department practising in the areas of general corporate and commercial, transactional as well as private client work.

Nicholas was born in Bermuda and educated in England. He is a member of Middle Temple, London and was called to the English Bar in 1992 and the Bermuda Bar in 1993.

Rod Forrest
Corporate

Rod Forrest is a Director and Senior Counsel in the Corporate Department and has been with Wakefield Quin Limited (and its predecessor firm M.L.H. Quin & Co.) since 1996.

His areas of practice include investment funds, securities and capital markets, private equity structures, partnerships and banking as well as more general corporate transactional work and trusts.

In his work in the area of investment funds Rod provides services to clients ranging from world leading hedge fund groups to single manager start-up funds. He is recommended for his work in this area in a number of journals and publications, including Chambers & Partners and Practical Law Company.

Prior to arriving in Bermuda, Rod worked as in-house Counsel in the Legal Services Division of a leading UK financial institution.

Rod was educated in Scotland and is admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland and as a Barrister and Attorney in Bermuda. He is a Member of The Law Society of Scotland (non-practising) and the Bermuda Bar Association.

Ian Stone

Ian Stone is a Director and Senior Counsel in the Corporate Department of Wakefield Quin Limited and has been with Wakefield Quin Limited since 2004.

His areas of experience include IPO’s, public company and capital markets transactions, advising on offshore corporate and partnership structures, project financing, banking transactions, acquisitions and mergers, insurance and reinsurance law, group restructuring and general corporate work.

Ian sits on the board of a wide number of companies.

Prior to joining Wakefield Quin Limited, Ian was a Partner at Halliwells in Manchester until 1999 and Senior Corporate Counsel at Appleby in Bermuda from 1999 to 2004.

Ian was educated in Manchester, England and at Sheffield University and was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2004.

Erik Gotfredsen

Erik Gotfredsen is a Director, Senior Counsel and the Chief Executive Officer of Wakefield Quin Limited. Erik has been internationally recognized by Chambers Global and The Legal 500 as one of Bermuda’s leading corporate lawyers.

Erik’s practice spans a broad range of sophisticated finance and capital market transactions with an emphasis on debt and equity offerings, banking and financial services, structured and project finance, secured lending, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations. Erik has significant experience advising on joint ventures, partnerships, asset and fund management and regulatory compliance. In addition, Erik has an active general corporate practice, including advising on the establishment of companies in Bermuda, and is routinely instructed by a large number of leading international banks, financial institutions, public companies, private equity firms and onshore law firms.

Before joining Wakefield Quin Limited in May 2014, Erik worked in the Corporate Department of Conyers Dill & Pearman Limited in Bermuda from 2008 to 2014. Prior to arriving in Bermuda in 2008, Erik worked in the Real Estate Finance Group at Morrison & Foerster LLP in Tokyo, Japan and, before relocating to Tokyo, worked in the Corporate and Commercial Group at DLA Piper (Canada) LLP in Vancouver, Canada.

Erik is admitted as a solicitor in British Columbia, England and Wales, Ontario and Bermuda and has received his B.Com. and LL.B from the University of Victoria, Canada and his LL.M. from Kyushu University, Japan after being awarded a prestigious Monbukagakusho Scholarship by the Japanese government to study in Japan.

Jemima Fearnside

Jemima (known informally as Jemma) is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate Department at Wakefield Quin Limited and joined the firm in March 2012.

Before joining Wakefield Quin Limited, Jemima was a Senior Associate in the corporate team of leading London law firm Nabarro LLP where she spent six years advising clients on a wide range of corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate and debt restructurings, pre-IPO investments, capital markets listings and equity fundraisings, as well as joint ventures. She developed specific sectoral expertise working with a variety of natural resources, technology and healthcare clients, both public and privately owned. Prior to that, Jemima spent four years working for national UK firm Osborne Clarke LLP in their Thames Valley (UK) office (advising venture capital and private equity houses) and Palo Alto (USA) offices (specialising in multinational transactions and European expansion advice). Jemima has also worked as a tutor for the University of Cambridge (UK), teaching on the Post-Graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice from 2009 to November 2011.

Educated in London and then at Leeds University, Oxford Brookes University (winning the Dame Helena Kennedy Law Prize for academic excellence) and London Guildhall University.

Jemima was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in early 2004 and qualified as a Notary Public in England and Wales in 2006. She holds a current practising certificate for each profession. She is conversant in German, French and Turkish.

Johann Oosthuizen

Johann Oosthuizen was born in Cape Town, South Africa and joined Wakefield Quin Limited in January 2014, as an Associate in the Corporate Department.

His areas of practice include corporate and commercial law specialising in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate transactional as well as commercial property matters.

Johann has more than eight years experience advising corporate and trust clients on a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters. This includes the area of corporate finance, where he represents developers, retailers and banks advising them on loan and related security transactions.

Johann obtained B.Com (Law) and LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch and qualified as an attorney in South Africa in 2002. In 2003 he completed the requisite Commonwealth Lawyer conversion exams at BPP Law School in the City of London and was admitted as solicitor in England and Wales in the same year (currently not practicing in the UK). He worked at law firm BCL Burton Copeland in London focusing on the areas of commercial fraud and regulatory enforcement before moving to Bermuda in 2005. Prior to joining Wakefield Quin Limited, Johann was an Associate with Bermuda law firm King & Associates from 2005 to 2013.

Alex Evans
Corporate

Alex Evans is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department and joined Wakefield Quin in March 2021.

His practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Alex has experience advising a broad range of clients, from start-ups and entrepreneurs to multi-national corporations, in a wide variety of sectors.

Before joining Wakefield Quin, Alex was an associate in the corporate and commercial department at Onside Law (a band one sports law boutique firm in London) and, prior to that, trained at and qualified into the corporate department at Bristows LLP.

Alex obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Biochemistry from Nottingham University, and completed the ‘Graduate Diploma in Law’ and ‘Legal Practice Course’ at BPP Law School in London. Alex was called to the Bermuda Bar in December 2023.

Larina Kenny
Corporate

Larina is an Associate in the Corporate Department and joined Wakefield Quin in July 2021.

Her areas of practice include investment funds, securities and banking as well as more general corporate transactions and advising on the incorporation and establishment of companies in Bermuda.

Prior to joining Wakefield Quin, Larina was a solicitor in the Banking and Capital Markets department of Dillon Eustace LLP, a leading Irish law firm. She acted on a wide range of banking and financial transactions for Irish and international financial and corporate institutions and advised both lenders and borrowers on credit facilities and on security and enforcement issues. Larina also has extensive experience reviewing and advising on non-performing loan portfolios and has acted for purchasers, sellers and financiers of these assets.

Larina obtained a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies (BBLS) and a Masters in Commercial Law (LLM) from the University of College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2010. Larina also obtained a Certificate in Compliance and Investment Funds from the Law Society of Ireland. Larina was called to the Bermuda Bar in December 2023.

Kyra Dunstan

Kyra Dunstan joined Wakefield Quin full-time in October 2022, and is currently an Associate in the Corporate Department.

She completed WQ placements whilst a law student, starting in June 2020, and was called to the Bermuda Bar in November 2023. Kyra obtained a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) at the University of Western Ontario, Canada in 2019. She completed the Graduate Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Exeter in 2021 with First Class Honours and Dean’s Commendation, and the Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law with Distinction.
Before choosing a career in Law, Kyra obtained work experience in Deloitte Bermuda’s consulting practice and in insurance/reinsurance through the Bermuda Foundation for Insurance Studies (BFIS) and Willis Towers Watson.
Kyra is a member of the Bermuda Young Lawyers Group and volunteers with registered charity Masterworks Bermuda.

Jai Pachai
Litigation

Jai Pachai is a Senior Counsel at Wakefield Quin Limited and works in the Litigation Department where he specialises in civil and commercial litigation.

Jai has more than 35 years’ experience in this field and has handled cases through all Bermuda courts ranging from the smallest to multi-million dollar disputes.

Jai was born in South Africa and educated in the United Kingdom, Central Africa and Canada. He obtained his BA, with distinction from the University of Malawi and his LLB from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Jai was admitted to the Bar of Nova Scotia Canada in 1980 and the Bermuda Bar in 1982. Jai has served on numerous boards including the Bar Council Disciplinary Committee, the Discipline Committee of the Medical Council, as Chairman of the Land Valuation Tribunal and on the Board of Trustees for the Government Golf Courses.

Jai currently sits as an Assistant Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda.

Richard Horseman

Richard Horseman is a Director and Senior Counsel in the Litigation Department and has been with Wakefield Quin Limited since 2001.

Richard has significant experience advising clients in the following areas:

commercial litigation, insolvency, corporate and shareholder disputes
shareholder and employment disputes
judicial review and administrative law claims
personal injury claims
trust and estate/probate litigation, as well as administration

With over twenty years of litigation experience, Richard has conducted several high profile cases and in 2013, Richard won an award as Bermuda’s most tenacious lawyer. Richard is also the head of the firm’s estate administration practice, practising probate and trust law, and has considerable experience advising on estate planning.

Richard is past President of the Bermuda Bar Council and also a sitting member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Bermuda Bar Council which regulates the conduct of attorneys in Bermuda. In 2013, Richard was appointed a Human Rights Commissioner to adjudicate and chair human rights complaints which have proceeded to the Human Rights Tribunal.

Richard was called to the Bermuda Bar of the Supreme Court in 1997. Richard obtained his B.A. in business management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1988 and his LL.B. (honours) from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom in 1994. Richard placed in the top 1% of all law students in the United Kingdom who sat the bar examination in 1995.

Debby Correia

Debby Correia is an Associate at Wakefield Quin Limited. Debby joined the firm in November 2009 as a pupil and continued with the firm as a barrister and attorney after being admitted in November 2010.

Debby divides her time within the Litigation, Private Client and Property Departments. Debby’s practice covers estate administration, debt recovery, enforcement of court orders, personal injury, medical negligence, Mental Health Act receiverships, insolvency and bankruptcy and landlord and tenant matters.

Debby was awarded the Women in Law Award by Lawyer Monthly in 2014.

Debby previously worked at Appleby (Bermuda) Limited, originally as a corporate administrator and thereafter in its Knowledge Management Department as an analyst, where she managed the firm’s database of legal precedents and know-how guides.

Debby obtained her LL.B. at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom and her LL.M. from BPP University College in Leeds. She also teaches Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILex) courses at Bermuda College.

John is also a current member of the Employment and Labour Tribunal for Bermuda and regularly adjudicates employment disputes.

John previously spent 8 years at Marshall Diel & Myers Limited in Bermuda, prior to which he practiced for 3 years in Canada with a focus on commercial litigation.

Terry-Lynn V. Griffiths

Terry-Lynn V. Griffiths, Associate, completed her Pupillage with the Bermuda Government’s Ministry of Legal Affairs, during which time she assisted Crown Counsel with the conduct of administrative law and judicial review proceedings.

She previously worked as Litigation Associate with an international firm. Terry-Lynn regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal and Magistrates’ and Supreme Courts in connection with both civil and commercial disputes. She specializes in employment law matters with a focus on unfair dismissal and wrongful termination claims; public law matters concerning the Bermuda Constitution Order 1968 and the Human Rights Act 1981; breach of contract disputes involving commercial entities and private individuals; and matrimonial matters concerning divorce and ancillary relief applications.

Terry-Lynn obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London, and completed the Legal Practice Course with commendation at BPP University in Leeds. Prior to qualifying as an attorney, Terry-Lynn worked as a Senior Associate with an investment manager and has gained experience in the areas of company formations in Bermuda and the state of Delaware. She has also gained experience with the liquidation of Bermuda registered companies, applications for changes to issued share capital, and various other corporate secretarial matters.

Terry-Lynn is an active volunteer on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Bermuda.

Michelle specialises in both commercial and residential property law, with particular emphasis on assisting property developers, local and non-Bermudian clients acquiring high end residential property and/or fractional interests in developments linked to hotels, bank security and dealing with the property requirements of the hotel sector. Born in England, Michelle obtained her law degree at Durham University and completed her Law Society final exams at Chester College of Law. Scott Swainson

Scott Swainson is a Senior Counsel in the Property Department of Wakefield Quin Limited. Scott regularly advises both local and non-Bermudian clients on sophisticated commercial and residential property transactions.

Scott also provides property-related advice to banks and other commercial lenders, as well as to hotel and condominium developers and investors.

Before joining Wakefield Quin Limited in April 2018, Scott was a Partner and Group Head of Property at Appleby where he was responsible for the firm’s Bermuda property practice for more than 15 years.

Scott regularly speaks on property-related matters and is internationally recognized as one of Bermuda’s leading property lawyers.

Scott is a member of the Bermuda Bar Association. He graduated from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada with Bachelor of Arts in History and earned a Bachelor of Laws at University of Kent at Canterbury in England.

Celia Tuzo

Celia Tuzo is an Associate in the Property Department of Wakefield Quin Limited. Celia joined Wakefield Quin Limited in May 2017.

Celia specializes in property matters with a particular emphasis on advising both local and foreign clients on residential property and/or fractional interest acquisitions, commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters. She also advises on wills, probate and debt collection matters.

After 20 years working in the legal profession, Celia obtained her LL.B. from the University of Kent in Canterbury in July 2012 and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Kent in London Bloomsbury in July 2014.

Whilst a member of HCS Law Ltd., Celia was called to the Bermuda Bar in October 2015 and enrolled as a Notary Public in October 2016.

Isabel Chung (known as Issy) joined the Property Department as a paralegal reporting to the Head of Department, supporting the firm’s continued growth.

Issy joined Wakefield Quin from Montreal, where she held positions with law firms such as McCarthy Tétrault L.L.P., Robinson Sheppard Shapiro and Kugler Kandestin, L.L.P. Since graduating from O’Sullivan College of Montreal in 2000, Issy has provided support with corporate transactional matters, including incorporation of new companies, maintaining corporate records and more complex corporate matters involving corporate bankruptcy and restructuring of corporate entities. She has also worked in varied property matters including commercial leases, title and other legal searches.

Laura Knox
Director Services

Laura Knox is Chief Operating Officer of Wakefield Quin’s financial services entities.

Laura joined the firm as Head of Director Services in September 2015, and provides corporate governance as non-executive director on a number of Bermuda and Cayman exempted companies. Laura holds a strong knowledge of investment fund structures, has extensive experience in fund administration, and is particularly familiar with regulatory requirements for Bermuda and Cayman Islands entities.

Beginning in 2012, Laura held the position of Associate Director at DMS Offshore Investment Services in the Cayman Islands. Prior to this, she audited investment funds and private equity vehicles with Deloitte’s Chicago office, and started her funds career in 2004, spending seven years working with two leading Cayman Islands fund administrators.

Laura qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton in 2003, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island, holds membership with Chartered Professional Accountants Bermuda and Chartered Professional Accountants Canada, and is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is Co-Chair of the Education and Events Committee of Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) Bermuda, a member of 100 Women in Finance, and a member of the Bermuda Business Development Agency (BDA) Asset Management Working Group.

Marlies Smith

Marlies Smith is a Chartered Secretary with over 14 years of experience in the legal and corporate services sector.

Prior to joining Wakefield Quin, Marlies worked in an internationally recognized professional services firm in Bermuda, where she managed a comprehensive portfolio of insurance-related entities. She has extensive knowledge and experience in providing advice and guidance to the firm’s international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including incorporations and liquidations. Marlies specializes in the registration and administration of insurance and reinsurance companies and private investment vehicles, including exempted limited partnerships and segregated accounts companies. Her diverse portfolio includes many widely-held and other companies which require frequent attendance at board and shareholder meetings.

Marlies holds an honours Bachelors Degree from the University of Toronto and is an Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Penelope Cox

Roslyn White

Brian McDevitt

Brian McDevitt has served as Harbour Financial Services Limited’s Chief Operating Officer and Vice President since October 2012.

Prior to joining Harbour Financial Services Limited, Brian served as Vice President of Accounting from 2005 to 2012 at BNY Mellon – Alternative Investment Services Limited (Bermuda). Brian previously held a position at Irish Life Investment Managers Limited, and begin his career in fund administration with Brown Brothers Harriman Fund Administration Services (Ireland) Limited.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting from the Technological University of Dublin, Ireland.

Denise Hernandez is a Fund/Corporate Administrator for Harbour Financial Services Limited.

Denise manages a portfolio of fund clients and is responsible for the provision of corporate secretarial and fund administrative services

Prior to joining M Q Services Ltd. Denise was employed at HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited as an Associate Relationship Manager and Management Services Supervisor and prior to that as a Corporate Administrator at Conyers Dill & Pearman, Bermuda. Denise has over 17 years of experience in the fund, legal and corporate services sector.

Denise holds an ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance & Administration, Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts Degree from Miami Dade College in Florida.

Rowena Cespedes
Fund Administration

Rowena Cespedes is a Consultant to Harbour Financial Services Ltd.

Rowena’s career spans more than twenty years in accounting and investor services roles.

Immediately prior to her role with Harbour, Rowena gained ten years’ experience as Account Manager at Opus Fund Services Ltd. and Altree Fund Services in Bermuda.

Rowena has completed programmes in Accounting and Computer Applications and Investment Funds Operations in Toronto, Canada. Outside of work, Rowena enjoys badminton and competed for Bermuda in the Island Games.

Marina Tosheva
Compliance

Marina Tosheva is an Account Manager consulting with Harbour Financial Services Ltd.

Marina has a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Prior to joining the Wakefield Quin group in February 2024, Marina served as Account Manager in Apex Group Ltd. She holds twelve years’ experience in fund accounting and investor services functions gained with international financial services entities including TMF Group and Custom House Global Fund Services (acquired by Apex Group Ltd.).

Marina was a member of 2023 Women’s Accelerator Programme and Innovation Think Tank Committee of Apex Group Ltd. Away from work, she enjoys reading, drawing, and long walks in nature with her dog.

Ashley Roberts
Compliance

Ashley Roberts joined Wakefield Quin Limited in January 2017 as Group Compliance Officer.

Ashley is responsible for managing the delivery of an effective compliance and risk management program; including, developing and maintaining AML-ATF procedures, coordinating risk management and internal control system assessments, delivering AML-ATF training, and supporting internal policies and procedures to promote leading industry practices. Ashley has several years’ experience in the financial services industry previously working as Finance & Compliance Officer for a Securities Broker-Dealer.

Ashley has a Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and completed the Canadian Securities Course through the Canadian Securities Institute. She is an Associate Member of the International Compliance Association and a member of the Regulatory Compliance Association.

Neil de ste Croix
Trust Directors/Finance

Neil de ste Croix, BEM is a Director of Winchester Global Trust Company Limited.

His career started in Jersey, Channel Islands, before his move to Bermuda in 1989. Neil has over 35 years of experience in private banking, trust, and corporate services, along with expertise in family office structuring and governance.

Outside of work, Neil serves as head coach of a junior triathlon club, and is a board member of the Bermuda Triathlon Association, with responsibility for youth development. He was awarded a British Empire Medal by the late Queen Elizabeth II in 2018 in recognition of his service to sport in Bermuda.

Jahni Lindsay

Jahni Lindsay is a Certified Management Accountant and joined the Winchester Group in July 2008 as Financial Controller and Vice-President.

She is responsible for corporate accounting and reporting for the group. Jahni joined Winchester from Ernst & Young, Bermuda. She has more than thirty years’ experience in accounting roles including internal audit, risk assessment, enterprise risk management, corporate finance, insolvency and accounting for high net worth investment and trust clients.
William Maycock
Trust Directors/Finance

William Maycock, Consultant, has played a leading role in the development of financial services in Bermuda over the past fifty years.

Prior to joining Winchester Global Trust in 1997, Mr. Maycock spent fifteen years as a senior manager in the Bank of Bermuda's trust department providing advice to high net worth individuals and families utilizing trusts and companies to achieve their tax and estate planning objectives. He also worked for nearly a decade in the investment side of the Bank, managing, analyzing and trading investment portfolios.
Mr. Maycock has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University, a Masters in Business Administration from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada, and is a registered Trust and Estate
David Goodwin
Trust Directors/Finance

David Goodwin, Consultant, has spent more than thirty years involved in banking and trust administration in the Bermuda market.

Prior to his leadership at Winchester Global Trust Co. Ltd., David spent nine years in a senior role with a trust company owned by Cox Hallett Wilkinson (CHW), one of Bermuda’s largest corporate law firms. Prior to CHW, David held a role with the Bermuda Monetary Authority, supervising Bermuda financial institutions, including trust companies.
David was educated at Broadhembury College in the United Kingdom and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Bankers.

Heather Martin
Trust Officers and Accounting

Heather Martin is Trust Officer at Winchester Global Trust Company Limited (Church Bay Trust Co. Ltd).

Heather’s career spans more than twenty years managing trusts and Private Trust Company structures.

Previously, Heather acted as Trust Administrator at Conyers Trust Company (Bermuda) Limited.

Away from work, Heather enjoys boating and Pilates.

Natalie Millar
Trust Officers and Accounting

Natalie Millar joined Winchester in October 2014. She holds the position of Assistant Vice President, Trust Officer and Trust Accountant.

Natalie’s career spans more than twenty years, during which she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in trust management, collation of financial statements and corporate secretarial services.

Prior to joining Winchester, Natalie worked at Credit Suisse Trust Limited, Guernsey, Royal Bank Of Canada Trust Company (Cayman) Limited, Lombard Odier Trust (Bermuda) Limited and Cidel Bank & Trust Inc., Barbados.

Natalie is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. Outside of the office, Natalie volunteers her time at a local charity where she acts as Treasurer and is on the board of Friends of the College, Bermuda College.

Lolita Robison
Trust Officer

Lolita Robinson, TEP, is a Trust Officer with career experience spanning more than sixteen years across trust, corporate secretarial, and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Winchester, Lolita gained experience at ADL Compliance Limited, Westport Trust Company Limited, and Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Limited.

Lolita brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing local and high net worth client portfolios. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds Corporate Procedures Certifications I and II. Away from the office, Lolita enjoys exercising and is an active volunteer at Bermuda sporting events.

Robert Tailford
Trust Officers and Accounting

Robert Tailford is Trust Officer at Winchester. His career spans nearly twenty years managing trusts, corporate secretarial, and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Winchester, Robert gained experience at Bermuda Trust Company Ltd., State House Trust Company Limited and Conyers Trust Company (Bermuda) Limited.

Robert is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Outside of the office, Robert is an avid hiker, snorkeler and bicyclist.

Rosa Cordeiro

Rosa M. C. Cordeiro, CPA, CMA is Manager, Client Accounting. Rosa’s career spans more than thirty years providing accounts for trusts, companies, and investment funds.

Rosa articled with PriceWaterhouse Bermuda, and spent thirty years within the Bank of NT Butterfield’s Wealth Management group including in Finance, Custody, Butterfield Trust Company Limited, Butterfield Asset Management Limited and Butterfield Corporate Services Limited (now part of MUFG).

Rosa is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) Bermuda.

Abigail Correia
Trust Administrators

Abigail Correia joined Church Bay Trust Co. Ltd. (now Winchester) in August 2015 as Trust Administrator.

Abby completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Level II Certification and is a member of STEP Bermuda.

Abby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of the West of England and is a graduate of Saltus Grammar School in Bermuda. Outside of the office, Abby is a member of the Bermuda Musical and Dramatic Society (BMDS) and an active volunteer with the environmental care group Keep Bermuda Beautiful (KBB).

Calisha Outerbridge
Trust Officers and Accounting

Calisha Outerbridge joined Winchester Global Trust Co. Ltd. in July 2012 as Assistant Financial Controller.

She carries out corporate accounting, receivables and payables management, and office administration for the group.

Calisha has more than fifteen years’ experience in accounting roles and operations management, with a focus on trust clients.
