Wakefield Quin advises Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. on its acquisition of a majority interest in KeyTech Limited

Wakefield Quin Limited is representing Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATNI) in its multi-million dollar acquisition of a controlling interest in KeyTech Limited as part of a proposed business combination of KeyTech with “CellOne”, approved by KeyTech shareholders on 20 October 2015. The transaction will combine Bermuda Digital Communications, a leading mobile telecommunications provider in Bermuda doing business as “CellOne”, with KeyTech, a Bermuda company that provides voice, broadband, and cable television services in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.   The transaction is subject to customary closing terms and conditions.
