Jai Pachai
Jai Pachai is a Senior Counsel and Director of Wakefield Quin Limited and works in the Litigation Department where he specialises in civil and commercial litigation. Jai has more than 30 years experience in this field and has handled cases through all Bermuda courts ranging from the smallest to multi-million dollar disputes.
Jai was born in South Africa and educated in the United Kingdom, Central Africa and Canada. He obtained his BA, with distinction from the University of Malawi and his LLB from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada . Jai was admitted to the Bar of Nova scotia Canada in 1980 and the Bermuda Bar in 1982.
Jai has served as an Assistant Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda
