Christopher Buchan

Christopher Buchan is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate Department and has has been with Wakefield Quin Limited since April 2009.  His practice covers all areas of corporate finance, securities, capital markets, corporate and commercial and finance.  He is a specialist in investment funds.

Christopher was formerly a partner with the Hong Kong office of Baker & McKenzie and head of its investment funds and private equity practice group.

Christopher was educated in Scotland and is qualified as a lawyer in Scotland, England & Wales and Hong Kong.
