Richard Horseman Richard Horseman is a Bermudian and a senior Director in the Litigation Department of Wakefield Quin Limited where he practices all aspects of civil litigation.  Richard also practices probate law and estate and oversees the estate administration department. Richard is Honorary Secretary and a long standing member of the Bermuda Bar Council and he has been appointed a member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Bermuda Bar Council which regulates the conduct of Bermuda attorneys. Richard obtained a BA in Business Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri and then obtained his LLB Honours Degree from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom.  Richard joined Wakefield Quin Limited as an associate in 2000 before becoming a partner in 2005.  He was called to the Bermuda Bar of the supreme court in 1997.
