Mathew Kelly

Mathew was born in England and is an Associate in the real estate department at Wakefield Quin Limited after joining the firm in September 2010.

Mathew has over 6 years experience advising corporate and institutional clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, focusing on development work, landlord and tenant matters and secured lending finance.

Prior to joining Wakefield Quin Limited, Mathew was an Associate in the property department at the UK national practice of Hammonds LLP. In addition to the area of real estate, Mathew gained experience in employment law after working in the employment department for two years in the UK practice of Beachcroft LLP.

Mathew obtained his law degree at the University of West London and completed his Legal Practice Course at the Chester College of Law. Mathew was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2002.
