Deborah Pharoah-Williams Deborah Pharoah-Williams joined M Q Services Ltd. as a corporate administrator in October 2011, where she manages a diverse portfolio of companies in the corporate department.   Deborah has over 10 years experience in corporate administration, having previously been employed with another Bermuda law firm as a corporate administrator, administering a large portfolio of companies on their asset finance team.
