Debby Correia Debby Correia is a Bermudian and an Associate with the firm of Wakefield Quin Limited, based in both the Litigation and Property Departments and was admitted as a Barrister and Attorney on 12 November 2010.   Debby divides her time equally between the Litigation and Property Departments. Her litigation caseload includes the administration of estates, debt collection work, personal injury, medical negligence and mental health act receivership duties.  Her property caseload has particular emphasis on preparing immigration applications for land licences, dealing with fractional acquisitions, reconveyances and mortgages. Debby obtained an LLB at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom, her post graduate degree and LLM from BPP University College in Leeds.  Debby joined Wakefield Quin Limited as a pupil in November 2009. Prior to qualifying as an Barrister and Attorney, Debby previously worked with the firm of Appleby, originally as a corporate administrator for many years and thereafter in their Knowledge Management Department as the Know How Analyst, where she built up their database of legal precedents and know how guides.
